• Within 30 days of direct purchase from Baby Tula, if you are not satisfied with your Baby Tula carrier, simply contact our Customer Care team to help you with a personalized fit check, exchange, or return.
• If your carrier is not a counterfeit, purchased secondhand or from a third-party seller, and has not been altered in any way (i.e., monogramed, painted, embroidered or other after-market alterations) and you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your carrier for a full refund. All returns under the “You’ll Love It” Guarantee must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
